Who is Courtney?

My name is Courtney, and this is my bunny, Lucy. 🐰

💄I started this blog a few years ago to chronicle my journey with the artistry of makeup. 

🎓I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English, a minor in philosophy, and a concentration in professional writing. 

🕙I had to put this blog on hold to designate time for school and two jobs.

I've loved makeup for a long time as a way to express myself and boost my self-confidence. 

My interest lies with the consumer and how to improve your skills. Makeup is not as intimidating as you may think. It is your friend. Some of my favorite brands are Tarte, Colourpop, and Makeup Revolution.

My favorite part of makeup is doing my winged liner, which is usually a staple of my looks, and one of the most difficult parts of my process. My style of the liner has evolved over time. I enjoy highlighters in every color, usually silver or gold. 

My goal is to create many different styles of looks to share, both the good and the bad. It is important that it's not always a good makeup day like hair. I got to see one of my lovely friends today. We went to the mall, ate sushi, got back rubs in the recliners that you put money into, and visited Sephora.
